Casper's Taxidermy is about "Capturing the memory of a lifetime ... for a lifetime".
In 1995 Casper Oosthuizen, the current owner, finished school and started working at a local Taxidermy for eight years, where he received most of his training. He then went to Sweden for three months to receive training in smaller mammals and birds.

Casper's Taxidermy was officially established in May 2003. With more than 24 years experience locally and abroad, we offer you a quality product, with meticilous attention to detail. By constantly altering our forms and doing research on individual animals, we ensure that you get the best mount possible. We only accept a limited number of trophies annually, thus ensuring that we provide you with a quality product, rounded of with a personal touch.

Casper's Taxidermy is situated on the family farm Poolmanskloof in Northern Namibia. Taxidermy is a passion with us and we love working with trophies. Our commitment is for you to capture the memories of your African hunt in a magnificent trophy.

Clients

Our primary client base consist of International Hunters throughout Namibia, although we process a limited number of local trophies as well

Delivery Time to my Shipping Agent

For Oversea clients, the delivery time from the day we receive their trophies until it leaves my studio takes between 8 and 10 months. We also do Dip and Pack, and the delivery time is between 3 and 5 months.
For Namibian clients, the delivery time is 10 months.

We stock a large variety of Namibian and African Curios at our depot in Grootfontein, Namibia.
